Below is the general license that is used for our custom design work. This license isn't set in stone, and changes can be made to the license for your project.
If you require some changes to the license, or would like to purchase full copyright ownership of the custom icons we create for you, all you have to do is ask.
We are very flexible and will work with you to come up with the best licensing solution for you.
Techlogica Custom Icons License Agreement
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Techlogica LLC ("Techlogica") for Techlogica Custom Icons ("Icons"). By purchasing and/or using the Icons, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase or use the Icons.
1. LICENSING.
Purchasing custom Icons from Techlogica grants you a worldwide, non-transferrable, perpetual-use license for all Icons which are created for you. The license grants you royalty-free use in personal or commercial projects. Any party which has not purchased a license to use Icons created by Techlogica is strictly prohibited from using them in any way.
2. MODIFICATION.
You are free to modify the Icons as needed for your product.
3. REDISTRIBUTION AND RESALE.
Distributing and/or displaying the Icons as a part of a software product, website, manual, or other form of media is permitted.
The redistribution of any of the Icons files as a standalone package is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the Icons are in their original state or a modified state. Resale of the Icons package or any of the individual Icons files is strictly prohibited.
4. TERMINATION.
Techlogica has the right to terminate this Agreement if you do not abide by the terms of the Agreement, in which case you must cease all use of the Icons, and destroy all your copies of the Icons.
5. COPYRIGHT.
The Icons are property of Techlogica and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
The Icons come "as-is", without a warranty of any kind. In no event shall Techlogica be held liable for damages of any kind, even if Techlogica has been advised about the possibility of such damages.
7. REFUND POLICY.
All sales of the Icons are final and non-refundable. However, Techlogica reserves the right to give refunds to a customer on a per-case basis.
