TECHLOGICA TWITTERON END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Techlogica LLC ("Techlogica") for Techlogica Twitteron ("Software"), By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. SOFTWARE LICENSING.
This license grants you the right to use the Software for as long as you wish, and on an unlimited amount of computer systems, for free, as long as you abide by the terms of the EULA.
2. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
The Software comes "as-is", without a warranty of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. In no event shall Techlogica be held liable for damages of any kind, even if Techlogica has been advised about the possibility of such damages.
3. NOT FOR RESALE.
Resale of the Software is prohibited.
4. REDISTRIBUTION.
Redistribution of the Software is permitted.
5. TERMINATION.
Techlogica has the right to terminate this Agreement if you do not abide by the terms of the Agreement, in which case you must cease all use of the Software, and destroy all your copies of the Software.
6. COPYRIGHT.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You agree not to modify, adapt or translate the Software. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
